How can I cancel my order?

As long as the order is cancelled before the goods have been sent, there will be no costs.

In the case that the goods have already been sent, the client must meet the delivery costs of the goods, even though they may be free and also the cost of returning the goods. These will be deducted from the amount to be reimbursed to the client.

Is it possible to exchange the size or the product?

Any exchange or return can be carried out with 14 days of reception, as long as the conditions for returning goods as detailed are complied with. * In periods of sales, promotions and specific offers, the cost of changing the size will be paid by the customer. To make the size change you must write an email to online@avarcacastell.com.

If you wish to make an exchange or a return please email online@avarcacastell.com telling us the reason. We will answer you as soon as possible and let you know the steps to follow.

Can I exchange the size?

The first exchange of size is free in Spain except in the Canary Islands. Size changes are not free for products in the Special Prices section. In order to do this you must email online@avarcacastell.com. Include the order number, the size you want to exchange and the address where the exchange will be carried out.

In sale period, promotions and specific offers the customer will must pay the exchange costs.

Can I change the model of shoe?

In this case you must make a new order and send us the original order in its complete packaging including labels and guarantees to:

Inside the packet you must include your personal details and if possible a copy of the bill for the original purchase. On reception we will organise the refund in approx 3-5 working days.

Conditions for returning goods

In order to return goods ,certain conditions must be complied with:

The goods must be returned in the same condition that they were sent. This includes the original packaging, labels and guarantees.

The delivery costs will not be refunded unless the return is due to a mistake by Castell or a defect in the product. In the case of the latter the goods will not be refunded.

Shipping costs on returns will be borne by the customer, unless the return is due to a Castell error or a defect of the product. Returns will be processed within 14 days of receipt.

The footwear must be returned in the same conditions as received, including the original packaging, labels and guarantees to:
